The Ohio Voters Bill of Rights was Certified by the Ohio Attorney General March 10, 2014 and approved by the Ohio Ballot Board March 13, 2014. This Constitutional Amendment would make voting a fundamental right in Ohio, and would set the threshold of what rights voters shall be guaranteed.
